Controlled dosing of two nutrient components for EC regulation

The Aqua Master Tools C20 pump is a compact dosing unit featuring two independently operated peristaltic pumps for automatic nutrient delivery. It has been specifically designed for EC regulation with the Aqua Master Tools C800 Pro and is particularly useful for nutrient programmes based on two separate components. The C20 is intended exclusively for nutrient dosing and must not be used for dosing pH adjustment solutions.

Two pumps for separate nutrient components

Each pump provides a standard dosing rate of 1.5 ml per second, equivalent to 90 ml per minute. This allows two different nutrient solutions to be supplied independently while the connected controller manages EC regulation. The arrangement is particularly useful with multi-part feeding programmes. Suitable plant feeds can be found in Growmart’s fertiliser and nutrient range.

Direct controller connection or C30 expansion

For a two-nutrient system, the C20 connects through its UTP input to the controller’s right-hand UTP port. The two channels are then identified as Pump 1 and Pump 2. Alternatively, the C20 can be connected as an extension to a C30 pump unit, where its pumps are assigned as Pump 4 and Pump 5. A system can support a maximum of five EC pumps plus one separate pH pump. The C20 itself has no UTP output, so another pump unit cannot be connected downstream from it.

Straightforward priming and maintenance

Each pump has its own manual activation button. This allows you to prime the relevant dosing tube during installation or empty it for maintenance without initiating an automatic dosing cycle. An integrated side rail also provides a mechanical connection to compatible pump modules. For additional checks, Growmart offers dedicated EC meters as well as further pH and EC measuring and control equipment.
