Bluelab pH Probe for reliable pH measurements in nutrient solutions
The Bluelab pH Probe is a replaceable electrode for measuring pH in nutrient solutions and other suitable aqueous solutions. It is designed for compatible Bluelab handheld meters, monitors and controllers fitted with a BNC connection. When the electrode eventually wears out, you can replace the probe rather than the complete measuring device.
Double-junction electrode with BNC connection
The probe uses a gel-filled double-junction reference system. This design separates the reference system from the measuring solution through two junctions and is intended for regular nutrient-solution monitoring. Its standard BNC connector makes it compatible with suitable Bluelab equipment, including devices such as the Bluelab Combo Meter and other compatible meters and monitors available in the Growmart pH measuring range.
2 metre cable for flexible positioning
A 2 m cable provides useful reach when placing the probe in reservoirs and nutrient tanks. The waterproof polycarbonate body is designed for use in solution. Bluelab specifies a measuring range of 0.0 to 14.0 pH and an operating temperature range of 0 to 60 °C.
Correct care helps maintain probe performance
pH electrodes should be cleaned and calibrated regularly and must not be allowed to dry out. Keep the probe tip covered with sufficient KCl solution inside the storage cap between uses. The Bluelab pH Cleaning and Calibration Set provides suitable maintenance supplies, while Bluelab KCl storage solution is available separately. Do not store, soak or rinse the probe in RO, distilled or deionised water.
