Netafim NetBow drip arc for uniform container irrigation
The Netafim NetBow drip arc distributes water and nutrient solution through multiple outlets across the surface of a growing medium. Designed for container and potted crops, it is suitable for plant containers from 10–60 litres. In indoor grows, greenhouses or irrigated outdoor pots, it provides a practical way to spread moisture across a wider area of substrate.
Multiple outlets for broader surface wetting
Its curved design delivers the irrigation solution at several points around the plant rather than concentrating it through a single dripper. This wets a larger area of growing medium and supports more consistent moisture distribution. Spreading the water across the surface can also reduce preferential channels through the substrate. The internal labyrinths are designed to provide high resistance to clogging.
Two diameters for different container sizes
NetBow is available in 12 cm and 25 cm diameters. The smaller version has four dripping outlets, while the larger version uses eight. This allows the arc size to be matched to the available surface area of the container. Each outlet is rated for up to 2.0 l/h at 1.0 bar. In an installed system, the actual amount of water supplied is determined by the upstream dripper and irrigation configuration.
Designed for integration into drip irrigation systems
The arc sits on the surface of the substrate and connects to the water supply through micro-tube. Depending on the system design, it can be combined with suitable Netafim PC or PCJ online drippers and, with the appropriate connections, UniRam dripline. Components for building a system are available among the drip irrigation fittings and emitters. Pumps, reservoirs and further equipment can be found in the range of irrigation systems and accessories.
Built for extended irrigation use
Netafim produces the NetBow in light grey to improve light reflection around the container surface. Its construction is resistant to UV exposure and chemicals, while the maximum operating pressure is 4.0 bar. This makes the drip arc suitable for individual containers as well as modular irrigation installations supplying larger numbers of plants.
