What is in one dose?
One dose is 1 ml, measured with the pipette. It contains 1.5 mg melatonin, 2.5 mg cannabinoids from the full hemp extract, 0.3 mg terpenes and 0.7 mg vitamin B6, which is 50% of the reference intake.
How long does one bottle last?
The 30 ml bottle holds 30 doses of 1 ml, so 30 nights, which is 1 month. At the current single-bottle price that comes to 75 cents a night. A three-pack covers 90 nights, 1 quarter, at 50 cents a night.
When do I take it?
Take your dose 30 minutes before bedtime, directly in the mouth or in a glass of water or juice. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained with an intake of 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.
What does liposomal mean here?
It describes the composition. The soy lecithin in the liquid forms the liposome, and the liposome carries the melatonin and the hemp extract. That is why we call this a liposomal liquid, and why it has its own amounts per measured dose. The word says what the liquid is, not what it does.
