What is in one capsule?
One capsule is one daily dose and holds 1.5 mg melatonin and 2.5 mg cannabidiol from hemp extract, in a liposomal formula. The other ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, an HPMC shell, gum arabic, sunflower lecithin, polysorbate 80, sucrose esters of fatty acids and magnesium stearate.

How is this different from Meladol, the liquid?
Both carry the same two active substances, CBD and melatonin, in the same amounts per daily dose. The rest differs: these capsules use sunflower lecithin instead of soy lecithin, and they contain no alcohol, no added vitamins and no terpenes. Meladol lets you measure your own amount.

When and how do I take the capsules?
Take 1 capsule 30 minutes before bedtime, with a glass of water or fruit juice. Do not chew the hardcap. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep.* *The beneficial effect is obtained with an intake of 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.

What does one night cost?
One jar of 30 daily doses costs €25.00, which is €0.83 per night. With the three-pack the price per night is €0.56. One jar covers exactly one month, and the three-pack covers a quarter, so 3 months of nights.
