Moby Dick by Silent Seeds

Some varieties become known mainly for their lineage, others for their performance in cultivation. Moby Dick belongs to the group where both aspects come together. The line is built from Jack Herer with clear Haze influence and White Widow, and within the Silent Seeds catalog it stands as a sativa leaning classic with strong production potential.

The plants develop large, wide, and highly vigorous. Moby Dick therefore needs noticeably more room than more compact hybrids, both vertically and laterally. In setups where enough space is available, the line shows its typical architecture through a strong main stem, heavy side branching, and an overall expansive frame.

Flowering time is around 63 to 70 days. Silent Seeds lists yields of up to 650 g/m² indoors, while outdoor production can reach up to 1500 g per plant under favorable conditions. That places the variety clearly among the more productive classic photoperiod lines in the range and makes it especially relevant for yield focused grows.

The aromatic profile is also distinctly built. Described notes include lemon, spices, incense, and cedar, with the Haze side remaining clearly noticeable and adding extra depth to the overall expression. As a result, Moby Dick feels less sweet or dessert driven and more spicy, bright, and classically layered.

For growers looking for a Silent Seeds feminized variety with legendary background, very strong vigor, and high production potential, Moby Dick is a clearly positioned option in the catalog. All information is based on breeder data and reflects typical line traits rather than guaranteed results in every individual case.
