King’s Banner by Pure Instinto

Heavy buds, earthy pine notes and the Bruce Banner side give King’s Banner a clear American imprint without reducing the variety to raw plant force. Louie Dom x Bruce Banner creates a line with strong development, visible resin expression and a structure that is not described as wildly stretching, even though the breeder lists the plant size as high.

The breeder data gives the frame: 60 to 65 days of flowering, 23 to 27 percent THC and an indoor yield of 500 g per m². Outdoors, Pure Instinto lists 800 g per plant. With King’s Banner, these figures should not all be stacked into one plain data sentence. The better reading is the connection behind them: a compact, productive flower pattern with enough mass to make support useful later in bloom.

The plant body is the main point here. Pure Instinto describes strong growth, but less stretch than some other American strains. That creates a useful contrast: enough height and power for substance, but not a line that has to be understood only through vertical pressure. Low Stress Training fits when the early frame should be spread wider and the height distributed more calmly.

Screen of Green can also make sense in a more controlled setup, especially when several shoots are guided into an even canopy. Sea of Green would not be the first training choice, because King’s Banner reads more through strong individual plants, heavier buds and a supporting frame. In late bloom, stability matters more than forcing the plant into a tight method; the heavier flower set should not be left unsupported.

The aroma profile stays direct: earth, citrus and pine, supported by sabinene, terpinolene and borneol. This keeps King’s Banner away from soft dessert wording and closer to a resin focused hybrid with a bright citrus edge and a drier earthy base. For Cannoptikum, it reads as a Pure Instinto variety with Banner genetics, strong plant body, manageable flowering structure and a profile that feels sharper rather than playful.
