Special Queen #1 Auto by Royal Queen Seeds

Special Queen #1 Auto is not some tiny fallback option for autoflower runs. It is a fairly sturdy Skunk based auto with real growth behind it. Built from Power Bud x Big Skunk Auto, the line pushes along quickly without tipping into messy height. Royal Queen Seeds lists it as 50% indica, 45% sativa, and 5% ruderalis. That fits the plant well. Not crushed down, not lanky either, more a compact to mid sized auto frame with enough body in the structure.

In practice, it keeps things fairly straightforward. Flowering takes 45 to 55 days, with a full run of around 10 to 12 weeks from germination to harvest. RQS gives 70 to 120 cm indoors and 80 to 120 cm outdoors. That keeps it in a range that is still easy to manage without the plant constantly asking for correction. The main stem carries through cleanly, the side growth builds with it, and that explains the strain’s role better than any sales line could: a quick auto cycle with more fill than many very small lines.

On yield, it is not built around exaggeration, but it is no lightweight auto either. Royal Queen Seeds lists 400 to 450 g per m² indoors and 90 to 175 g per plant outdoors. That suits a cultivar that does not chase extreme height, but still brings enough leaf mass and flower set to build the run out properly. The plant stays readable throughout. No chaotic frame, no diva behaviour, more an auto type that can be carried cleanly from start to finish.

The profile does not need dressing up. Earth, fruit, and skunk already say enough. At up to 18% THC, the strain is not defined by some inflated headline number. Its real value sits elsewhere: manageable height, a short cycle, solid fill, and an old Skunk foundation translated into an auto form that stays useful and unforced.
