The indicator card in the pack shows when the right humidity has been reached, or when the pouch is used up and needs replacing: the card turns lavender at the optimal humidity, and blue appears when the pack should be replaced. Integra Boost is completely salt-free, non-toxic and biodegradable, so there is no need to worry about it affecting the taste of the dried material.
