That is what Integra Boost 62% is for: a simple device that keeps an optimal humidity of 62% in a sealed container of dry goods (for short- and medium-term storage). Just open the bag, put it in the container, close it and you’re done.
With the indicator card included in the pack, you can see when the right humidity has been reached or when the bag is used up and needs replacing. Integra Boost is completely salt-free, non-toxic and biodegradable, so you don’t need to worry about it affecting the taste of the dried material. Sold in 4 g, 8 g and 67 g packs.
