Super Bud

Description

Super Bud by Green House Seed Co.

Super Bud does not grow large, but it turns a modest frame into a surprisingly substantial plant. The branches move outward early, split cleanly and give the whole structure enough width and carrying strength that production never depends on a single top. The overall shape feels squat and forceful rather than elegant or stretched.

Big Bud and Skunk meet in exactly the right place here. One side brings volume, the other brings pressure and spice. By the middle of flowering, the plant starts leaning hard into mass. The flowers come large, set densely and build enough resin that the variety never feels small despite its more compact stature.

At around 8 weeks of flowering, Super Bud moves fast enough without looking rushed. Under lights, figures go up to 900 g/m². Outdoors it usually finishes around late September and can carry up to 1000 g per plant when well developed. That contrast is exactly what makes it interesting: not a huge stretch plant, but one that can still load real weight onto the frame.

Skunk clearly leads the aromatic profile and is accompanied by pronounced sweetness. The profile remains direct and concentrated without moving toward fruit or citrus. Myrcene, beta-caryophyllene and linalool are identified as the leading terpenes. Large flowers and heavy resin coverage suit the short, strongly branched plant structure.
