Shobu (graines féminisées)

Description

Shobu is a feminized seed with indica dominance developed by Purple City Genetics (PCG), belonging to their select Akira collection and is a boutique line designed to stand out for its visual appeal, terpene richness, and relatively fast flowering cycle. Shobu seeds are now available on the Alchimia website.

Genetics: NYCZ x Kimchi, two signature PCG lines

Shobu is born from the cross between NYCZ and Kimchi, both selections developed by Purple City Genetics. NYCZ is the result of combining Original Zkittlez with Canal Street Runtz, uniting the sweet profile and terpenes of the Z lineage with the genetic potency of Runtz. Kimchi, another internal PCG line, complements and rounds out the variety’s character. The cross results in a feminized with a solid genetic identity, clearly marked by the imprint of the Z lineage.

Cultivation: 8-week flowering and purple-expressing flowers

Indoors, Shobu completes its flowering in 8 weeks, an efficient cycle well-suited to the indica nature of the variety. One of its most striking features is the chromatic expression during maturation: the flowers tend to develop purple tones that notably elevate their visual appeal. PCG has built the Akira collection precisely around bag appeal and terpene quality, and Shobu clearly responds to that philosophy.

Aromas, flavors and effects of Shobu

Shobu’s aromatic profile is unmistakably marked by its Zkittlez heritage. The predominant aromas revolve around candy and sugary sweetness, with those characteristic Z notes that evoke sweets and fruits coated in sugar. On the palate, the profile remains consistent: sweet, enveloping and with that candy touch that has made the Zkittlez family and its derivatives a market reference.

As for effects, Shobu offers a hybrid character experience, combining the physical relaxation typical of its indica base with more versatile nuances that avoid a purely sedative effect. A variety designed for those who value both the quality of the product in hand and a complete and balanced experience.
