Plantheon Nitroblend, 30 g, is a nitrogen-fixing cover crop seed mix for establishing living cover on exposed soil. It is suitable for growers who want to maintain biologically active beds, raised beds, greenhouses, larger planters or Living Soil systems. The plants cover the soil, support soil life and provide additional organic matter when incorporated.

Living protection for the soil surface

The seed mix develops into dense companion growth across previously uncovered soil. This helps protect the surface from drying out, surface sealing and erosion. In larger containers and beds, the ground cover supports a more balanced soil environment while making use of open spaces between the main cultivated plants.

Legumes support natural nitrogen fixation
