Blackwater

Beskrivelse

Blackwater by Original Sensible Seeds

Blackwater does not work through noise, but through pressure. Mendo Purps brings the darker fruit side and that almost inky purple tone into the strain. SFV OG Kush sets a firmer and tougher core underneath. Because of that, this is not a friendly fruit line, but a plant with a heavy stance and a very clear American signature.

Even in growth it feels more like something that occupies space than something that spreads delicately through it. Broader leaves, shorter internodes and a stockier build give the plant a lot of composure. Once flowering begins, the structure does not open into something airy. It turns into a denser block that takes on weight and looks built to carry it.

The timing stays surprisingly manageable at the same time. Indoors, flowering is usually placed at around 60 to 65 days. Under strong conditions, figures of up to 700 g per m² indoors are commonly listed, with around 900 g per plant outdoors. This makes Blackwater less about rushed speed and more about a cultivar that converts its size into yield with notable efficiency.

The aromatic picture opens on the dark side first. Grape and berry notes come through clearly, then citrus cuts across and gives the whole thing a sharper edge. That is what stops Blackwater from feeling simply sweet or simply heavy. The profile stays dark, but never dull.

In the end, Blackwater feels like a strain that does not need much explanation. A firm build, a dark fruit profile and enough substance in the flowers are more than enough to set it apart from softer US hybrids.
