Indigo Berry Kush by Sweet Seeds

Indigo Berry Kush was not built around maximum sweetness or bright freshness, but around a darker earthy core. The cultivar combines So G Kush and Blue Monster, resulting in a strong hybrid with a clear Kush base, a berry accent, and a noticeably heavier overall presence than many lighter USA leaning lines.

The plant shows a mostly indica driven build, with a strong main stem and supportive lateral branches that carry smaller but high quality flowers. The center is usually held by a large main bud that visibly pulls the whole shape together. That gives the cultivar a fuller, more compact body without making it feel blunt or dull.

Sweet Seeds lists a genetic distribution of 60 percent indica and 40 percent sativa. Flowering takes eight to nine weeks. The breeder reports 400 to 600 g per m² indoors and 450 to 700 g per plant outdoors. THC reaches 21 percent, while CBD is approximately 0.1 percent.

The scent stays clearly on the darker side. Earth sits in front, followed by sweet notes, classic OG Kush tones, some pepper, and a fresh line of cypress. The berry side does not shout over the rest, but stays more in the background, rounding out the heavier Kush pull. That is what gives the cultivar more depth than a simple fruit driven cross.

In the finished picture, Indigo Berry Kush is carried less by one show trait than by a tightly held direction of earthy Kush character, strong flower build, and dark aromatic contour. That keeps it from reading like a generic berry cross and gives it the feel of a deliberately heavier Sweet Seeds USA line with its own depth.

A strong earthy foundation leads the aroma. Musk, spices and hashish notes add depth, while tropical sweetness and fresh cypress provide a brighter contrast.
