Replacement probe for reliable pH measurements in substrates

The Aqua Master Tools pH Replacement Electrode for Substrate BNC Connector is a replaceable pH probe for compatible Aqua Master Tools meters. It is intended for replacing an ageing, damaged or no longer reliably calibrating substrate electrode. Rather than replacing the complete measuring instrument, you can change the electrode and continue using your existing meter.

Compatible with several Aqua Master Tools meters

According to the manufacturer, the substrate electrode is compatible with the Aqua Master Tools H600 Pro Substrate, H600 Pro, P700 Pro2 and S300 Pro2. Connection is made via a BNC connector. Glass tip with a durable plastic body

The tip of the electrode is made from glass, while the remainder of the electrode body is plastic. The BNC connection makes replacement straightforward: disconnect the old pH electrode from the meter and connect the new probe. The meter should then be recalibrated according to its operating instructions before measurements are resumed.

Preparation and correct storage

Before first use, Aqua Master Tools recommends soaking the electrode in tap water for at least 12 hours. This helps dissolve any salt deposits and ensures that the electrode is properly activated for measurement. For storage, the manufacturer recommends keeping the pH electrode with KCl storage solution in its protective case. Dried salt deposits around the pH electrode can occur and are considered normal by the manufacturer.
