Shark Shock regular by Mr. Nice Seedbank

Shark Shock regular by Mr. Nice Seedbank carries a direct link to the Great White Shark history. Shantibaba introduced this line in the late 1990s, and it still sits firmly in the old Widow Skunk side of the Mr. Nice catalogue.

The parentage brings together the Widow family, built from Brazilian Sativa and South Indian Hybrid, with Skunk #1. That does not create a long Haze frame or a broad Afghan type. It gives Shark Shock a compact, firm hybrid body with strong resin expression, dense flower formation and the pale visual character that made this family recognisable.

As a regular seed line, Shark Shock still leaves useful room for selection without running as wide or as long as the major Haze entries from the same breeder. Some plants can lean more toward Skunk structure, others toward Widow resin or a tighter indica shaped build. This is where the variety separates itself: close to Black Widow, but with extra Skunk weight and speed.

The short timing is a major part of the line. Indoors, Shark Shock sits around 40 to 50 days, with production listed at 500 to 600 g per m². Outdoors, the Northern Hemisphere harvest falls from September into early October, with 450 to 500 g per plant under suitable conditions.

The aroma stays strong, skunky and old school, with sweeter notes and a dense resinous base underneath. For collectors and breeding focused growers, Shark Shock is not just a name from the archive. It is a regular Widow Skunk line with short maturation, pale resin covered flowers and a clear historical position between Black Widow and the more compact Mr. Nice hybrids.
