Wild Rose by Sweet Seeds

Wild Rose does not sit in the newer dessert or Cookies lane. It belongs to an older hybrid line with a more sativa-leaning pull. By combining Rosetta Stone with HOG, Sweet Seeds created a variety that does not drift into a loose long-flowering shape, but instead holds upward movement together with enough structural support. Inside the older Sweet Seeds catalog, it therefore stands apart from the heavier, more compact indica types.

The plant frame stays hybrid in character, but not unruly. It develops enough length to show the sativa side clearly, while remaining controlled enough to keep a coherent overall shape. That middle ground between a more open pull and a supportive structure matters more here than any polished show language.

Sweet Seeds lists Wild Rose at about 9 weeks of flowering, roughly 400 to 550 g/m² indoors, and around 350 to 550 g per plant outdoors. THC is given at about 15 to 20%, while CBD sits around 1.6%. Genetically, the line is placed at 65% Sativa and 35% Indica.

The aromatic side does not run through heavy earth or dark Kush pressure. Fresh citrus sits clearly at the front, joined by the slightly gummy note that Sweet Seeds itself highlights. That gives the variety a more unusual edge, because it does not fall into classic Skunk sharpness or a polished fruit-sweet pattern.

Wild Rose is also not a marginal catalog entry, but a line with a longer visible track record inside the Sweet Seeds range. That fits with several official awards, including placements at AMEC Madrid in 2014 and first prizes at the Canarias Cannabis Cup in 2009 and 2010. That does not replace the strain description, but it does support its place as a longer-running and clearly recognizable line.
