Description
LED Cosmos 480W from Vanguard Hydroponics
Its aluminum body allows it to dissipate heat in a completely passive way, without fans or moving parts. This means less noise, less maintenance and a lifespan of up to 50,000 hours. By emitting much less heat than a sodium lamp, it can be placed closer to the plants (the recommended distance is 20 to 30 cm) without risk of burning them, making better use of every watt of light.
Dual spectrum: growth and flowering with a switch
Here’s one of its great assets. Thanks to its chips of 395 nm, 3000 K, 5000 K, 660 nm and 730 nm, you have a full spectrum that covers the entire cycle. With its switches you can easily change between growth mode and flowering mode (Bloom), in flowering the deep reds and infrared are activated, which help to fatten and add resin to the buds. This way you adapt the light to what your plant needs at each moment.
Efficiency and control
With an efficacy of 2.5 μmol/J and a PPF of 633 μmol/s at 25 cm, this panel offers excellent yields in spaces or indoor grow tents of 1 m2, 120 x 120 for growth and mothers. Additionally, its driver with power regulator allows you to fine-tune the intensity according to the cultivation phase, optimizing consumption.
Its IP54 protection against dust and splashes gives it extra durability in the humid environment of a grow tent.
In short, it’s a versatile and efficient panel, perfect both for the home grower setting up their first tent and for those looking for a light boost in dark areas of their grow room.
