Tectonic Feminized

Description

Tectonic is one of the standout strains from the Golden State Collection 2023 by Purple City Genetics. Available in feminized format and as a limited edition, this indica-dominant hybrid is distinguished by its complex aromatic profile, visual appeal, and accessibility for both novice and experienced growers alike.

Genetics: Truffle Cream x Gush Mints

Tectonic is born from the cross between Truffle Cream and Gush Mints, two reference genetics in the contemporary cannabis scene. From its parents, it inherits a robust structure typical of indicas, a rich terpene profile, and a carefully refined phenotypic expression. With an approximate THC content of 23%, this is a high-potency strain that doesn’t compromise on organoleptic complexity.

Indoor and outdoor cultivation

Tectonic is an easy-to-grow plant, described by the breeder itself as strong and sturdy, making it an ideal choice for those starting out in cultivation. Indoors, it completes flowering in 8 to 9 weeks, offering a generous yield according to Purple City Genetics. Outdoors, harvest falls in mid to late September, adapting well to autumn cycles in Mediterranean and Atlantic climates.

Aromas and flavors

The organoleptic profile of Tectonic is one of its great attractions. The aroma features notes of creamy truffle and diesel, with a background of sweet fruits that adds depth and contrast. On the palate, the flavor becomes more indulgent: sweet caramel with fruity nuances and a diesel touch that lingers in the aftertaste. An unusual combination that reflects the terpene richness of its parents.
