Suguz S1 Feminized

Description

Available in Alchimia’s seed catalog is the feminized version of Suguz, one of R-Kiem Seeds‘ most outstanding works: an S1 obtained by reversing a selected elite clone that precisely captures all the qualities of the original line. A variety for growers who don’t want to compromise on either yield or quality.

Genetics: Platinum Zog x Ice Cream Cake

The genetic foundation of Suguz Fem comes from the cross between Platinum Zog and Ice Cream Cake, worked by R-Kiem Seeds up to the BX3 level before selecting the reference clone. The S1 self-pollination process that gives rise to this feminized version is not a shortcut, but rather a technical decision that allows stabilizing and faithfully reproducing the characteristics of the chosen elite individual. The result is a balanced 50% indica hybrid, with coherent phenotypic expression and top-tier genetic load.

Cultivation: vigor, production and accessibility

Indoors, Suguz Fem completes its flowering in 9 weeks (63 days) and can reach between 550 and 650 g/m² under optimal conditions. During the first two weeks after the photoperiod change it shows pronounced stretch, so it’s advisable to anticipate the available vertical space. Its growth is vigorous and well-branched, with dense, compact buds and an excellent calyx-to-leaf ratio that facilitates trimming. It responds especially well to techniques like SCROG or SOG. Despite its productive potential, its management is accessible both for experienced growers and those just starting out.

Outdoors, plants are ready for harvest in mid-October, showing remarkable resistance to pests and fungi. Its adaptability to different growing systems and its tolerance to watering variations make it a solid choice for outdoor gardens where abundance is sought without complications.

Aromas and effects: potency with personality

The aromatic profile of Suguz Fem is intense and persistent. The Ice Cream Cake heritage contributes a creamy and sweet background, with nuances of cream and vanilla, while the Platinum Zog side introduces a light gassy touch that adds depth to the whole. On the palate, fruity notes predominate with references to forest berries over a creamy base that evolves toward sweetness, with a slight citrus hint at the finish. A variety especially valued by extraction enthusiasts: its resin production is extremely abundant and sticky, with BHO returns estimated between 16 and 22%.

The effect is potent and well-built. It starts with a stimulating and euphoric mental onset with components of creativity and sociability that progressively evolves toward a deep and lasting body relaxation, without completely losing functionality. It’s a variety designed for recreational use in calm moments, social evenings or creative sessions. Given its high potency (up to 26% THC), it’s not the most suitable option for users without prior experience.
