Permanent Marker Feminized Seeds

Description

Permanent Marker Feminized is a 60% indica-dominant hybrid created by crossing Sherb BX (a variety of Sherbet) with another cross of Biscotti and Jealousy. This blend brings in even more Sherbet as well as some Gelato and Girl Scout Cookie genetics. The result is a versatile and well-balanced strain that’s a good fit for most setups.

These plants are on the taller end and produce XL yields with larger lateral branches and dense foliage. Their size, combined with a potent aroma, can make these plants somewhat tricky for indoor growers with limited headroom. However, these versatile plants are well-suited to a range of advanced growing techniques..

Growing Permanent Marker Feminized Permanent Marker Feminized cannabis seeds grow into somewhat tall plants with long and slender lateral branches and significant internodal spacing. These plants tend to stretch a fair bit in the first few weeks of flowering, so it may be worth flowering slightly earlier if you’re concerned with headroom. If grown indoors, Permanent Marker Feminized plants typically finish flowering at a height of 110-160 cm and they can produce XL yields of up to 460-650 grams per square metre.

If placed under direct sunlight, these plants can double that height and plants can easily grow to 300 cm in height with yields of 560-640 grams per plant over their 65 to 70-day flowering period. The buds are dense, sticky, and coated with a thick layer of frosty trichomes. Light green and purple hues are accented by bright orange pistils and the buds are almost dripping with oily resin.

Don’t expect massive colas, though the main stalk does develop a nice flower cluster. Instead, these plants produce a large number of golfball-sized buds along each of their long lateral branches. These buds are moderately leafy, but their volume can make trimming a time-consuming chore.

These plants are extremely versatile and can be a good choice for most advanced growing techniques. Their internodal spacing and long lateral branches make them a prime candidate for mainlining or a screen of green (SCROG) grow. These same branches also make these plants well-suited for lollipopping, the they may be too thin for supercropping.

As these plants are on the taller end and have significant stretch as they flower, they are poorly suited for a sea of green (SOG) setup.

Effects, taste, and smell of Permanent Marker Feminized

While growing, Permanent Marker Feminized plants begin to give off a sharp and pungent chemical aroma which pairs with more subtle undertones of fresh pine and citrus. As the plants mature, hints of diesel and earthy musk become more prominent. These plants can give off a powerful smell and privacy-minded growers may wish to take extra steps to deal with it.

After they have had a chance to properly cure, the buds take on a unique and complex scent which blends sharp solvent-like notes with earthy pine, sweet citrus, and a faint herbal spiciness. This is also expressed in the flavour which is bold and tangy with notes of citrus zest and herbal spice dominating the inhale. As you breathe out, you’ll be treated to a smooth and earthy taste with hints of pine and a lingering chemical tang leaving behind a sweet citrus aftertaste and a subtle touch of musk.

The effects of Permanent Marker

Feminized start with an intense, uplifting rush that boosts creativity and sharpens focus. As time passes, this gradually transitions into a relaxing, body-soothing buzz, relieving tension while keeping the mind alert. These effects last a considerable time and this strain is perfect for socialising or some low-key projects around the house.

Did you know? This strain’s grandparents—Biscotti and Jealousy—both contain Gelato genetics. Sherb BX is a potent variant of classic Sherbet.
