Diablo Rojo XL Auto

Description

Diablo Rojo XL Auto by Sweet Seeds

Diablo Rojo XL Auto is defined by more than its red flower color. It carries a noticeably larger automatic frame with more presence and more reach. By combining Dark Devil Auto and Strawberry Cola Auto, the line becomes more than a visual Red Family piece. It develops as an XL auto with strong structure, clear resin output, and a distinctly shaped aromatic identity.

In growth, it forms a robust main stem, well developed side branches, and a plant body that usually lands in the medium to tall range. The frame stays supportive and orderly rather than small or cramped. That allows the cultivar to hold its flower mass across a broader structure instead of concentrating everything only at the top, which gives it unusual fullness for an automatic line.

Sweet Seeds lists the full cycle at around 8 weeks from germination. Plants usually reach about 50 to 120 cm. Yield is given at roughly 400 to 500 g per m² indoors and around 50 to 150 g per plant outdoors. THC is listed at about 16 to 23 percent, while CBD stays near 0.1 percent. Another defining point is that around 85 percent of the plants produce red flowers.

The aroma opens on a sweet fruity trail, then moves into wild berries, citrus, and a cola note. Incense stays underneath and gives the whole profile more depth. That combination makes the cultivar more distinctive than many other red autos, because it does not run on sweetness or fruit alone. It carries a brighter top side, a spiced middle, and a darker lingering finish at the same time.

The variety shows itself most clearly where color, plant mass, and this unusual aromatic mix come together. Some plants push the berry side further forward, while others speak more through cola, citrus, or incense. Even so, the signature stays stable: a larger resin rich Red Family auto with red flowers and more aromatic tension than a simple fruit led type.

Diablo Rojo XL Auto received first place for Best New Autoflowering Strain at the IV Autoflower World Cup in Barcelona in 2024.
