Chicken n’ Wafflez

Description

Chicken n’ Wafflez by Humboldt Seed Company

Chicken n’ Wafflez sounds like a novelty name at first, but the plant behind it is much harder than the label suggests. In the Humboldt Seed Company catalogue it brings salted butter, syrup, dark colour and compact flower formation into a modern California selection rather than a simple brunch joke.

The parent line of Jelly Donutz Number 117 x Purple Cartel by Xotic Flavors gives the cultivar its shape. Jelly Donutz brings the dense sweet HSC side, while Purple Cartel adds colour, weight and a sharper savory pull underneath. The result stays indica dominant without feeling flat or one note.

HSC lists 60 days of flowering, with the outdoor window running from September 25 to October 5. For a coloured and dense line, that is a strong calendar position. It sits early enough for a clean field slot while still giving the flowers room to set firm golf ball structure and a coated surface.

The plant is described as upright, with very little leaf load and frosty flowers. That low leaf presence is one of the useful details here. More visible calyx surface, less green cover and red to purple tones make the Purple Cartel side show through the actual plant rather than only through the name.

The nose moves through salted butter, syrup and a savory spice trace, far away from clean berry or polished candy language. The listed 32 percent THC remains cultivar data only. For Cannoptikum, Chicken n’ Wafflez lands as a dark Humboldt standout with Jelly Donutz base, Purple Cartel pressure and a salty sweet terpene direction that is immediately different inside the HSC range.
