Secure the Tropf-Blumat setting against accidental adjustment
The Blumat Verstellsicherung, lose is a small plastic protection cap designed to secure the adjustment screw of a Tropf-Blumat. Once the desired irrigation setting has been established, the cap is pressed directly onto the screw, helping to prevent accidental or unauthorised changes. This makes it particularly useful for commercial watering installations or locations where small children may have access to the system.
Simple push-on installation
The adjustment lock is fitted by simply pressing it onto the Tropf-Blumat adjustment screw. No additional components are required. If you are setting up or extending a system, you can combine it with the Tropf-Blumat and find further compatible components in the Blumat irrigation range.
Adjustment remains accessible
Fitting the protection cap does not prevent you from fine-tuning the Tropf-Blumat. The setting can still be changed with a 2.5 mm hex key. When the cap itself needs to be removed completely, a screwdriver is required. This keeps intentional adjustment possible while making casual or accidental movement of the normal adjustment screw considerably more difficult.
