Bionova Hydro Supermix – one hydroponic base nutrient for growth and flowering

Bionova Hydro Supermix is a concentrated liquid mineral fertiliser for hydroponic cultivation and irrigation systems. It brings the base nutrition for vegetative growth and flowering together in one formula. Beginners and experienced growers can prepare their nutrient solution without measuring separate A and B base nutrients.

Mineral nutrition in a single formula

The NPK 7-4-5 formulation supplies nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, together with magnesium and trace elements. Its food-grade minerals are directly available for plant uptake. You keep the same base nutrient throughout both stages of development, adjusting the application rate to suit the plants’ requirements.

Supplementing the feed during flowering

During flowering, Hydro Supermix is intended to work alongside Bionova PK 13-14 phosphorus and potassium supplement. Hydro Supermix remains the foundation of the nutrient solution. The one-part approach refers to the base nutrient; it does not mean that the feeding programme excludes all additional products.

Preparing and checking your nutrient solution

Shake the container thoroughly before use. Fill the nutrient reservoir with water first, add Hydro Supermix and stir well. When using PK 13-14, mix it in afterwards. Set the application rate according to the growth stage, the product label and the current Bionova hydroponic feeding schedule.

Check the finished solution with pH and EC meters. The hydroponic feeding schedule recommends a pH of approximately 5.5–6.0. Apply Hydro Supermix through the irrigation water, not as a foliar spray.

Use runs from the first week of vegetative growth until one week before harvest. Bionova then specifies a final flushing period.

Choose 1 L or 5 L to match your usage

The 1 L container suits lower consumption. For growers who regularly prepare larger volumes of nutrient solution, the 5 L option provides a larger supply. Both sizes contain the same fertiliser.
