Description
Bio Nova N 27% is a food-grade nitrogen supplement. Use it to correct nitrogen deficiencies or to push advanced vegetative growth. In quantity terms, nitrogen is the most important nutrient, as the building block of proteins (amino acids) and chlorophyll.
A shortage shows as paling of the largest leaves and premature flowering; an excess causes dark green leaves and slow growth. Bio Nova N27 is a very powerful liquid nitrogen fertiliser enriched with magnesium.
How to use: apply when deficiencies appear or to stimulate growth, via irrigation or as a foliar spray. Mixable with all Bio Nova fertilisers, stimulators, minerals, universals and substrates.
Grower tips
- Treating deficiencies: when the first fan leaves turn yellow, the plant is short of nitrogen (N) or another element such as iron (Fe). Apply N27 via the roots or leaves for fast recovery.
- Custom feeding schedules: use N27 as a single nutrient to set exactly how much nitrogen your crop receives. A good N-P-K ratio is 1.5–1–2; when using more nitrogen, also raise calcium (Ca) and potassium (K) for stronger plant tissue.
- Outdoors: after testing your soil and irrigation water, Bio Nova mono-nutrients let you adjust levels to ensure enough available nutrients.
Sizes: 1 litre and 5 litres.
