Amnesia CBD (Hydroponic)

Description

Discover our Amnesia Hydro

This well-known hydroponic CBD flower is one of the tastiest on the CBD market. Rich in CBD and other cannabinoids, Amnesia flowers are prized for both their flavour and their appearance.

The flower’s trichomes, where the terpenes and cannabinoids are concentrated, form a particularly dense coat of crystals – a characteristic of hydroponic cultivation.

Grown in Switzerland in a fully controlled environment.

This product is not intended for consumption as food.

Origins and history of the Amnesia strain

Amnesia CBD flowers come from the Amnesia strain, a cross of several cannabis strains, notably from the Haze family. Developed in the Netherlands in the 1990s, Amnesia quickly became popular thanks to its distinctive characteristics. These flowers come from plants specifically selected for their high CBD content and low THC levels. The exact genetics may vary from producer to producer.

Amnesia has become a benchmark among cannabis strains thanks to its exceptional aroma. At Mama Kana, we offer Amnesia CBD hemp grown hydroponically to bring out the best of its genetics.

Hydroponic cultivation of Amnesia

What sets this variety apart from greenhouse or outdoor flowers is the hydroponic growing method. Instead of soil, the plants take up their nutrients directly from a carefully balanced nutrient solution. Light, humidity, temperature and pH are precisely adjusted at every stage of growth – a process known as precision indoor cultivation.

The result is denser flowers with well-developed trichomes, higher CBD levels and purer aromas than greenhouse-grown flowers. This method also does away with the need for pesticides, giving a natural product from start to finish.

Our Amnesia is grown hydroponically in Switzerland at certified facilities and tested by an independent laboratory.

Appearance, aroma and flavour of Amnesia

Mama Kana’s Amnesia has invigorating, resinous and woody aromas – subtle but distinct herbal notes. The flowers are rich in natural terpenes and covered in milky trichomes, which are even denser in the hydroponic version.

The flavour combines citrus and pine notes over a resinous, woody base, typical of the Haze family. The buds are dense and compact, light to medium green, with orange pistils.

To keep it fresh, store it in an airtight container away from light, heat and moisture.

This strain is also available as Amnesia small buds and Amnesia pre-rolls.

CBD and THC content of Amnesia

Amnesia is known for its high CBD concentration.

With a THC content of less than 0.3%, it is a popular choice for those who want CBD flowers without the high associated with THC.

This product is not recommended during pregnancy.
