Smoothie by Pure Instinto

Banana Split x Kosher Kush gives Smoothie a fruity but not lightweight direction. The strain connects a sweet creamy Banana Split side with the denser Kosher Kush base and remains indica dominant. This keeps it from reading like a simple fruit name and gives it a medium-high plant body, short flowering window and a clearly crystal-rich flower surface.

At 53 to 58 days of flowering, Smoothie sits in a pleasantly short photoperiod window. The yield data is also easy to classify: 500 to 550 g per m² indoors and 600 to 750 g per plant outdoors. Together with 21 to 23 percent THC, the data profile feels compact and solid rather than inflated.

The plant is listed as medium-high, so it is neither a small tight type nor an extreme height line. That middle ground makes early calm shaping useful. Low Stress Training fits when branches should be spread wider and flower sites brought more evenly into the light. Screen of Green can also work when the structure is guided into a more balanced canopy.

Air movement should not be ignored with Smoothie. Pure Instinto points to warm Mediterranean conditions and plenty of airflow as the preferred frame. That fits a variety with crystal-rich, fruit-marked flowers. Moderate pruning can help when leaf mass and the inner structure become too closed, without forcing the plant body too aggressively.

The aroma direction stays clear: sweet, fruity and pungent, with berry and creamy accents. Limonene and myrcene support that mix of brighter fruit and a denser base. Smoothie stands as an indica dominant Pure Instinto variety with Banana Split x Kosher Kush genetics, short flowering, medium-high structure and a fruity creamy profile with a clear Kush foundation.
