Northern Lights by Phoenix Seeds
Northern Lights needs no grand introduction. At Phoenix Seeds, this is a feminised cannabis seed with an Original Northern Lights background, built around a compact to medium plant frame, clear lineage and a manageable flowering window.
The line goes back to a cross of Afghani Indica and Thai. That also explains why Phoenix Seeds describes the strain as having a classic sativa appearance, while the plant itself should not be read like a long, open Haze line. The body stays more controlled and easier to plan around.
At around 100 to 120 cm, Northern Lights remains in a practical size range. Phoenix Seeds notes that the variety needs plenty of light and heat to develop properly. That does not make it difficult, but it also should not be treated as a plant that will show its best side without the right setting.
Flowering is given at 9 weeks. Phoenix Seeds lists indoor, outdoor and greenhouse cultivation as suitable environments. Outdoors or under glass, a warm and bright position matters if the classic plant frame is meant to build out properly.
CBD is listed as low at 0 to 1 percent, while THC is classified as high. Yield is placed in the medium to high range by Phoenix Seeds. In the range, Northern Lights reads as a classic feminised cannabis genetic with a calm structure, clear Afghani Thai background and enough substance.
