Medical Runntz by Medical Seeds is the breeder’s feminized Runntz line, based on Zkittlez x Gelato with an OG Kush contribution for stronger structure. Zkittlez and Gelato carry the sweet profile, while OG Kush is there to give the plant body more order and support.

The plant grows fast, but stays on the compact side. Medical Seeds describes very resinous buds after around 60 days of flowering. That gives Medical Runntz a clear working rhythm: do not let it run endlessly, set the structure early, then let it work through density and resin.

SOG and SCROG both make sense, but for different reasons. In SOG, the central axis can be used because production sits strongly around the main structure. In SCROG, the side branching helps spread the plant over a broader surface.

Indoor yields are listed at around 450 g per m², with outdoor plants reaching about 500 g each under suitable conditions. Blue tones may also appear in the flowers, similar to Gelato influenced lines. The stronger point remains the compact frame with dense, resinous finishing flowers.

The profile sits clearly on candy, Zkittlez sweetness, vanilla ice cream and cake. Medical Runntz is defined by its Runntz genetics, OG Kush structure, 60 day flowering and a sweet dense profile with a colored Gelato trace.
