Hesi PK 13/14 – targeted flowering nutrition for coco and hydroponics

Hesi PK 13/14 is a liquid phosphorus and potassium supplement for the later flowering stage in coco substrates and hydroponic systems. It gives beginners and experienced growers a way to supplement their existing bloom feed. By increasing the dose gradually, you can raise the additional PK supply as flowering progresses rather than applying the full amount from the outset.

Use alongside the right base nutrient

For coco growing, pair the supplement with Hesi Coco flowering nutrient. In hydroponic systems, use it alongside Hesi Hydro Bloom base nutrient. The base feed provides the main nutrient supply for your growing system, while PK 13/14 adds extra phosphorus and potassium. It does not replace a complete flowering fertiliser.

Hesi PK 13/14 application and dosage

Start with a low dose in the second half of flowering and increase it according to the relevant Hesi feeding schedule. The dosing range is 2.5–15 ml per 10 litres of water, equivalent to 0.25–1.5 ml per litre. The highest dose is not a starting dose.

Hesi’s example schedule for eight flowering weeks specifies 2.5 ml in week 4, 5 ml in week 5, 7.5 ml in week 6 and 15 ml in week 7, each per 10 litres of water. For the final week before harvest, Hesi recommends water only, without fertiliser. Match the application to your plants’ actual development and follow the instructions on the container.

Using Hesi PK 13/14 in soil: choose the appropriate programme

Within the Hesi range, PK 13/14 belongs to the coco and hydroponic feeding programmes. For soil, the designated combination is Hesi Phosphor Plus flowering supplement for soil with Hesi Bloom Complex. Choose the supplement for your growing medium rather than assuming that a coco or hydroponic dose also applies to soil.
