Aqua Master Tools C800 Pro Inline – automated pH and EC control in pressurised lines
The Aqua Master Tools C800 Pro pH/EC/Temp Controller Inline combines continuous nutrient-solution monitoring with automatic control of external dosing pumps. It measures pH, EC, PPM, TDS and temperature and is particularly suited to fixed hydroponic and irrigation installations where the sensors need to be integrated directly into a pressurised line. The supplied inline electrodes are rated for pressures up to 6 bar.
Inline measurement for pressurised irrigation systems
Unlike the standard version, the C800 Pro Inline uses high-pressure electrodes with 3/4″ male threads. They are designed for installation with suitable 3/4″ tapping saddles or saddle clamps. The EC electrode also incorporates the temperature sensor, allowing the relevant values to be measured directly inside the circulation or supply pipe. Modular pH and nutrient dosing control
The controller has two separate UTP outputs. One is intended for a pH dosing pump, allowing either pH-lowering or pH-raising solution to be dosed according to the selected settings. The second output can control one to five nutrient dosing pumps for EC regulation. This allows the C800 Pro to operate as a combined pH and EC controller or solely for one of the two control functions. The dosing pumps required for automatic adjustment are not included and can be added according to the intended configuration.
Touchscreen, app and alarm functions
The colour touchscreen displays current readings, alarm conditions and stored historical data. The controller can also connect to the Aqua Master Tools app for Android and iOS. The app allows you to manage setpoints, dosing parameters, alarms and calibration reminders, view historical graphs and save dosing schedules in the cloud. Calibration and controlled dosing intervals
For pH measurement, the C800 Pro supports one-, two- or three-point calibration at pH 4.0, 7.0 and 10.0. EC uses automatic one-point calibration with the specified EC reference values. Pump operation can be configured with an on-time of 1 to 900 seconds followed by an off-time of 0 to 60 minutes. Dosing can be stopped when an alarm condition is detected, helping to prevent uncontrolled correction.
