Mint Runtz by Spliff Seeds

Mint Runtz by Spliff Seeds combines Gelato, Zkittles and Thin Mints in a feminized hybrid with a clearly modern background. Within the Spliff Seeds catalogue, it sits closer to the colourful Runtz and Mints side than to the older Afghan, Haze or Skunk based lines.

The plant stays controlled and works from a clear central structure. Spliff Seeds lists indoor height at 0.80 to 1.00 m and outdoor height at 0.80 to 1.40 m. During flowering, it can roughly double in size without turning into a long, loose Haze type frame.

The profile moves through tropical fruit, berries, mint and a candy like edge, with limonene, myrcene and caryophyllene named as key terpenes. At the same time, the compact flowers can show purple, pink and red tones, while the leaves and buds build a visible frosted surface.

The flowering time is listed at 8 to 9 weeks, with October given for outdoor harvest. Yield data sits at 350 to 400 g/m² indoors and 300 to 400 g per plant outdoors. Mint Runtz carries that output through short side branches, a main cola structure and dense bud stacking rather than through major vertical size.

Its strongest practical trait is the way the plant keeps a modern Runtz Mints expression inside a manageable frame. The short branch pattern, compact flowers and colour potential give the variety enough shape of its own, especially where a structured setup needs a cultivar that stays readable as it fills out.
