Beschrijving

Alchimia presents MT Dry 500, a cannabis peeler by Master Products designed for medium-sized growers. It is a device of great precision and effectiveness to process the cannabis once it is cured.

Master Trimmer Dry 500, cannabis peeler, 22Kg/h

MT Dry 500 is a noiseless and light machinery of great technological innovation due to its cutting system, which maintains the properties of the flowers while preserving their beauty after processing. MT Dry 500 can process up to 22 kg per hour.

MT Dry 500 design facilitates the disassembly of the motor and its electrical part with no tools, making it easy to clean after use, and to keep it in optimal working condition and durability, it can be cleaned in a matter of seconds (disassembly time) with hot pressurised water.

MT Dry 500, compact and efficient peeler with Dry Sift option

MT Dry 500 is an efficient cannabis peeler, a compact machine ideal for growers looking for cost-effectiveness and high processing capacity. It is powered by an 180w motor and has a drum diameter of 400mm with a speed of 27RPM. It has an effective cut of 760mm.

The peeler has a removable box to facilitate the collection of the processed flowers. Is light weight makes it easy to carry it anywhere.

Changing the drum machine for the 150 micron drum (not included but available in Alchimia) the peeler turns into a powerful tool for the extraction of dry hashish Dry Sift, with the possibility of using the flowers or the remains of the trimmings to obtain top quality concentrates in a short time. No doubt MT Dry 500 is a versatile machine with great possibilities.

MT Dry 500 thanks to its design can work with any variety as long as the dry flowers maintain a humidity level between 8-10%. Flowers with a higher humidity level will not be processed correctly or efficiently.

For a correct processing it is necessary to previously separate the dry flowers from the stems, a process that can be done with a manual de-huller or with a Master Bucker 500 de-huller.

It is important to read the technical data sheet and the manual before starting to work with MT Dry 500.
