Green Candy Apple: Californian genetics with Afghan roots

Green Candy Apple seeds from TH Seeds are born from the cross between the “Bad Root” cut—Rainbow Belts x Apple Mintz, sourced from Ember Valley (California)—and a pure Afghani male from the house itself. The result is a balanced 50/50 indica/sativa hybrid that brings together the best of both worlds: structure, production, and an exceptional terpene profile.

Growing Green Candy Apple seeds indoors

This hybrid is a solid choice for growers of any level. With a flowering period of 8-9 weeks, it can reach between 110 and 150 cm indoors, with notable stretch during flowering. One topping is enough to manage it, though it can also be grown without. The buds turn out very dense and resinous, with yields of up to 500-600 g/m².

Aromas, flavors, and effects of this variety

The aromatic profile of this cross revolves around green apple and cotton candy, with a terpene complexity that remains consistent from the first touch to the finish. It’s a variety that also stands out for its resin production, being especially suitable for cold extractions, rosin, or dry hash.

The effect is relaxing and intense, both physically and mentally, and long-lasting. For that very reason, inexperienced consumers should approach with caution and respect. For the rest, it’s an evening in the form of a variety.
