Vortex regular by Subcool’s The Dank
Vortex regular by Subcool’s The Dank is best understood through its growth habit first. The variety comes from Apollo 13 and Space Queen and carries a sativa leaning structure that stands less compact than many other TGA lines.
The name fits the plant because Vortex does not grow in a calm, blocky way. The frame can become more vine like, with longer internodes and stems that should be guided or supported in time. That separates the variety from the shorter Purple or Kush leaning lines in the same catalogue environment.
Aromatically, Vortex sits on the brighter and more tropical side of the older Subcool selection. Mango, sweet fruit and citrus are often associated with this line. The profile does not feel heavy or dark, but more lively, fruit driven and slightly unusual.
The flowering window is around 50 days. For a sativa leaning regular strain, that short timing is an important part of its product role. Anyone working with Vortex should organise the plant early, because the fast cycle leaves little room for late correction.
Vortex regular remains a TGA line for deliberate selection and close plant observation. Apollo 13 brings speed and bright structure, while Space Queen adds fruit and extra width. The result is a variety that is not read through heavy mass, but through movement, tropical profile and early guidance.
