New York 47 by World of Seeds
New York 47 combines NYC Diesel with AK-47. World of Seeds lists the feminized cross as 60% sativa and 40% indica. Both parents contribute vigorous development and pronounced lateral branching.
The plant produces long side branches and grows particularly strongly during the preflowering stage. Its final height should therefore be considered early indoors. World of Seeds specifically recommends ScrOG cultivation to distribute the branches evenly across the available area.
The flowers have medium density and develop large, clearly visible trichomes. Strong lateral branching creates several well distributed flowering sites instead of concentrating growth around a single central top.
The flowering stage lasts approximately 60 to 70 days. Outdoor harvest is scheduled for mid October. World of Seeds lists around 500 g/m² indoors and more than 800 grams per plant outdoors. Resistance to mould and pests is rated as high.
New York 47 achieved second place in the Indoor category at the 2014 Copa Popular THC Valencia. It also received second place in the BHO Extraction category at the same event.
Sweet fruit, grapefruit and citrus define the aromatic profile. Opening the flowers can release more penetrating fruit notes together with an occasional light chemical nuance.
