Description
Dutch Pro CalMag prevents and corrects calcium (Ca) and magnesium (Mg) deficiencies. Both are macro-elements important for plant growth: calcium is a crucial structural part of cell walls, and magnesium is part of the chlorophyll molecule that makes the green pigment in leaves, so the plant captures more energy from light to make sugars.
Growing with CO2
When growing with extra CO2, calcium and magnesium are needed to keep the crop healthy and green. CalMag helps stimulate chlorophyll production while combating Mg and Ca deficiencies, and according to the shop also raises yield.
With nitrogen
The formula has a high ratio of calcium and magnesium but also contains nitrogen, which supports photosynthesis and the production of amino acids. Growers dealing with Ca/Mg problems often need extra nitrogen too.
Use
Suitable for all substrates. Shake well before use; dose as needed from 0.1 to 1 ml per litre of water.
