Blumat End Distribution Dripper for completing a drip-point chain
The Blumat End Distribution Dripper forms the final watering point in a distribution-dripper chain within the Tropf-Blumat system. Unlike a standard distribution dripper, it has a hose connection on one side only, making it suitable for the end of the line. It allows the watered area of a Tropf-Blumat or Tropf-Blumat Maxi to be extended across several individual drip points.
More drip points for larger containers
Up to five distribution drippers can be connected to one Tropf-Blumat. The individual Blumat Distribution Drippers are joined with short sections of 3 mm tubing, with the end distribution dripper fitted at the end of the chain. Blumat recommends tubing sections of approximately 20 cm between the drippers. The first distribution dripper should be positioned approximately 8 cm from the Tropf-Blumat.
Easy to add to an existing Tropf-Blumat setup
The end distribution dripper can be used when building a new drip chain or as an individual replacement part. Connect it using suitable Blumat 3 mm Drip Tube. Blumat also recommends fitting the drippers with a Blumat Support. This keeps the dripper away from the substrate and helps prevent roots from growing into it.
