Blue Dream from Cannapot is a feminized sativa-dominant strain developed by the bank itself and produced in Spain, with a sweet blueberry aroma finished with sandalwood, pine and cedar. Genetics: In-house Blueberry x Super Silver Haze

The cross stems from Cannapot’s own Blueberry, itself a combination of DJ Short Blueberry and DJ Short True Blueberry, pollinated with Super Silver Haze and with a slight indica touch in the background. From the Blueberry branch comes the fruity and sweet character; from Super Silver Haze, the vigor and stretched, well-branched structure, typically sativa. The bank clarifies that it bears no relation to the well-known Santa Cruz Cut: it’s their own interpretation. The feminized version emerged precisely to narrow down the number of phenotypes shown by the regular selection.

In cultivation: manageable sativa with above-average production

It performs well both indoors and outdoors, with a flowering period of 9 to 10 weeks, short for a plant of this profile. Production is described as above average, supported by good lateral branching. Outdoors it’s advisable to avoid excessively humid autumns, as its weak point is late cycle with rainfall. Its demand is medium, so it fits better with those who have already completed at least one grow.

Flavor and effect: sweet blueberry with woody background

On the nose, sweet blueberry dominates, with sandalwood, pine and cedar underneath; on the palate it maintains that contrast between fruit and woods, with an earthy note at the finish. The effect is clearly cerebral and uplifting, consistent with its Haze side and that 20% THC.
