Nori Cake

Kuvaus

The Nori Cake by Green House Seed Co.

The Nori Cake does not come across as delicate. A firm main stem shows up early, the side branches leave at a tight angle and stay close to the plant instead of spreading wide. That gives the whole structure a squat, steady look that feels built for load from the start.

Once flowering begins, it does not break into lots of loose little sites. Flowering runs evenly along the stem and side arms, then tightens into compact OG shaped blooms. The calyxes stay firm, resin starts building early, and toward the end some plants pick up darker tones without losing that heavier overall feel.

Kush Mint and Wonder Pie both push in the same direction here. Not an airy hybrid and not a sweet showpiece, but a plant with a fixed frame and a compact finish. The cycle stays in the middle range, though the more interesting point is not any single number. It is how much pressure the plant builds inside a tight footprint.

On the nose, damp earth comes first, then moss, with that darker Kush depth sitting underneath and almost recalling wet forest floor. Sweetness is only a side note. That is what makes The Nori Cake worth paying attention to. A heavy Green House cross with tight branch angles, a dense flower set and an aromatic picture that leans much more toward old dark Kush than toward the usual dessert lane.
