With Melon Gum by Dr Underground, the scent profile is the first useful way into the strain. Bubblegum and Lavender do not create a heavy OG direction or a straight Skunk line, but a more compact feminized photoperiod with sweet fruit, floral depth and resin rich flower formation.

The growth stays on the small to medium side and fits a strain that works through dense flowers and clear structure. Melon Gum builds in a compact and robust way, without becoming overly open. This keeps it closer to a squat hybrid than to a long Sativa type.

Flowering takes 7 to 8 weeks, with the outdoor window usually around late September to early October. Outdoor yield is around 900 to 1000 g per plant, while indoor yields reach around 600 to 800 g/m² depending on conditions. These values depend on enough light, space and clean plant handling.

Aromatically, Melon Gum combines sweet Bubblegum notes with a softer and slightly floral Lavender side. The result is a fruity and rounded profile that does not feel only candy like, because the Lavender influence gives it a little more depth.
