For warm nutrient solution, even in cold rooms. The immersion heating rod with integrated temperature regulator.

Friends of more complex or improvised grow setups surely know the problem of managing the different temperatures that are crucial to healthy plant growth. Whilst the air temperature can often be well controlled using ventilation, it can often be a lot more difficult when it comes to nutrient solution tanks.

As these kinds of tanks heat up very quickly under plant lighting, most gardeners try to set them up in an adjacent space, or at least in a shady corner. However, there the temperature is often too low. How can this be dealt with?

This is where a heating rod with integrated thermostat comes in handy! The heating rod is simply hung in the nutrient solution vessel (or it can also be affixed to a smooth tank wall with suction cups), and the entire contents of the tank will be kept at the programmed temperature with the help of the thermostat. Alternatively, you may also control the heating rod with a timer, in order to balance out temperature fluctuations in the environment even more precisely (e.g. depending on the time of day).

The 100W output makes this heating rod especially well suited for smaller tanks.

Tip: During the first few days of use, regularly check the water temperature manually. If necessary, tackle potential temperature spikes with an additional switch system (timer).
