Forbidden Fruit Cake by Pure Instinto

From Forbidden Fruit x Wedding Cake, Forbidden Fruit Cake develops into a variety that brings darker fruit depth together with a cake shaped Kush base. The line stays mostly indica leaning, but it does not feel flat or one dimensional. Its strongest identity sits in the connection between dark berry fruit, sweet Wedding Cake influence, compact flower formation and visible resin coverage.

Pure Instinto lists Forbidden Fruit Cake with a flowering time of 58 to 63 days. This places the strain in a controlled photoperiod window that fits its denser flower development. The plant is described as medium to high in size, giving it more presence than very small Indica lines while still avoiding the shape of a strongly stretching Sativa type.

The plant structure shows a solid hybrid frame with clearly defined flower mass. Pure Instinto describes compact buds, strong resin density and colour expression that may show purple tones toward the end of flowering. That colour should not be treated as the only feature of the strain, but it gives the variety an additional visual direction, especially together with the dense flower surface.

The aroma profile is broader than the name might first suggest. Berries, sweetness, Kush and a musky base form the core, while vanilla and gassy notes come through from the Wedding Cake side. Limonene, caryophyllene and myrcene support this mix of fruit, depth and spice. This keeps Forbidden Fruit Cake from reading as simple sweetness and gives it a darker, more layered profile.

With 24 to 27 percent THC, 400 to 500 g per m² indoors and 700 to 850 g per plant outdoors, Forbidden Fruit Cake is also clearly positioned through the breeder data. For Cannoptikum, its main role is an indica dominant Pure Instinto variety with strong US genetic background, compact flower formation, clear resin coverage and an aroma direction between berry, cake, Kush, musky notes and gas.
