Crystal Gelato by Big Head Seeds
Crystal Gelato by Big Head Seeds is framed by the breeder through its Cookies heritage. The emphasis here is not on a dark or overly heavy line, but on a variety that brings sweetness, fruit, and a fairly clean flower finish together.
What stands out first with this one is the way it is meant to finish. Big Head Seeds describes compact, well formed buds that can lean toward purple under the right conditions. That points to a line with a tidy visual finish rather than a loose or unruly flower structure.
The breeder lists a flowering time of around 8 to 9 weeks. THC is given in the range of roughly 20 to 25 percent. As usual, how closely plants reach that level will still depend on light intensity, climate, root space, and overall cultivation quality.
The profile leans clearly into sweetness, fresh berries, and a light citrus edge. Because of that, Crystal Gelato does not come across as dark, spicy, or especially weighty. Instead, it is rounded, approachable, and very clearly shaped in aromatic terms.
Set against heavier or sharper lines, this feels more like a variety chosen for its polished profile and dense, well presented flowers than for sheer bulk alone.
