Cannatrol Cool Cure – controlled drying, curing and storage for your harvest

The original Cannatrol Cool Cure brings drying and curing together with ongoing storage in a compact, climate-controlled cabinet. It suits beginners and experienced indoor and outdoor growers who want a regulated environment for processing their harvested flower. Rather than switching between separate solutions for each stage, you can manage the process with one programmable unit. The cabinet is designed to operate in a suitable indoor room.

Vaportrol manages moisture loss through temperature and dew point

Patented Vaportrol technology regulates water vapour pressure inside the cabinet by controlling temperature and dew point. Dew point is the temperature at which water vapour in the air begins to condense. The system therefore goes beyond monitoring relative humidity alone. Its controlled environment supports even moisture loss and helps prevent overdrying. The technology is also designed to preserve the flower’s aroma and physical structure.

Set drying and curing programmes on a separate touchscreen

The original model uses a separate touchscreen controller. Its programmable controls include preset cycles to provide a starting point. You can adjust temperature, dew point and cycle duration for drying and curing to suit your preferred process. Curing is the controlled conditioning stage that follows drying. This version does not include Wi-Fi connectivity or app control; settings are managed directly through the controller.

Understand the difference between wet load and storage capacity

The Cannatrol Cool Cure accommodates up to 1 kg of fresh flower per drying cycle. Six shelves divide the interior, helping you organise the material across the cabinet. For storage, it holds up to approximately 2 kg of flower that has already been dried. This higher storage figure must not be treated as the maximum wet loading capacity.

Your harvest can remain in the unit after curing. For storage inside the cabinet, use open containers or vapour-permeable paper bags so that the material remains exposed to the regulated internal environment.

Allow for room temperature and overall installation height

The original model is specified for ambient temperatures of 13–24 °C. This refers to the room surrounding the cabinet, not the controller’s adjustable temperature range. A separate GrowPRO Thermometer & Hygrometer helps you monitor those room conditions. Remember to account for the controller’s position when planning the installation: with the display mounted on top, the overall height is approximately 83.8 cm, rather than the cabinet height alone.
