AutoPot 1Pot XXL, 6x 35L for power-free irrigation of large plants

The AutoPot 1Pot XXL, 6x 35L is a modular irrigation system for six plants, each grown in a 35-litre FlexiPot. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor growing where generous root space and automatic watering without electrical pumps are required. Six AQUAvalve5 units regulate the individual modules using gravity, while the supplied 100-litre FlexiTank provides the central water or nutrient solution reservoir.

Gravity-fed irrigation with AQUAvalve5

No pump, timer or electrical connection is required. The reservoir is positioned above the plant modules so gravity can feed water or nutrient solution to each AQUAvalve5. The valve fills its tray and then stops the supply until the plant has used the available liquid, creating AutoPot’s characteristic wet and dry cycle. More complete systems, modules and replacement parts are available in the AutoPot 1Pot XXL range.

35-litre FlexiPots with porous side walls

The six FlexiPots are made from porous, BPA- and lead-free material. Their breathable walls improve gas exchange around the root zone and support air-pruning. When root tips reach the outer wall and encounter air, outward growth stops and further branching is encouraged within the pot. The required adaptive collars for fitting the 35-litre pots into the XXL trays are already included. Supplied PotSocks also help prevent roots from growing into the trays. Replacement PotSocks for 35-litre FlexiPots are available separately when required.

Flexible layout with room to expand

Each plant sits in its own XXL tray, allowing the six modules to be positioned according to the available growing area. A combination of 16 mm main pipework and 9 mm supply pipe distributes water to the individual AQUAvalve5 units. If additional growing positions are needed later, the setup can be expanded using an AutoPot 1Pot XXL 35L Extension Kit. Between crops, the pipework, valves and filter should be cleaned, while the reusable FlexiPots can be allowed to dry thoroughly and brushed clean.
