Automatic pH and EC control for nutrient reservoirs and hydro systems

The Aqua Master Tools C800 Pro is a stationary pH, EC and temperature controller for irrigation and hydroponic systems. It continuously monitors the nutrient solution and, when combined with optional modular dosing pumps, can automatically regulate both pH and nutrient concentration. In addition to pH and EC, the unit measures PPM, TDS and temperature. This makes it particularly useful for systems where water parameters need continuous supervision and dosing needs to be carried out in a consistent, repeatable way.

Modular dosing for pH and nutrients

The C800 Pro has two separate UTP outputs. The dedicated pH output accepts one dosing pump for either pH-lowering or pH-raising solution. The second output supports between one and five nutrient dosing pumps, depending on the pump configuration. You can therefore use the controller for pH regulation alone, EC regulation alone or both functions together. The modular dosing pumps are not included with the controller. Suitable adjustment products can be found in the pH correction range.

Touchscreen, alarms and controlled dosing cycles

The colour touchscreen displays live readings, alarm status and historical data directly on the controller. Upper and lower alarm limits can be configured for pH, EC and temperature. Dosing stops when the system enters an alarm state. Pump on-time can be set from 1 to 900 seconds, followed by an adjustable off-time of 0 to 60 minutes. This pause allows the dosed solution to mix through the reservoir before the controller takes the next reading and decides whether further adjustment is required.

Remote management with the Aqua Master Tools app

The Aqua Master Tools app for Android and iOS provides remote access to current readings and historical graphs, as well as alarm notifications and controls for setpoints, dosing parameters and calibration reminders. Nutrient dosing schedules can also be stored in the cloud for later reuse. Up to twelve months of measurement and alarm history can be viewed. For additional manual checks, Growmart also offers a range of pH and EC meters.

Measurement ranges and calibration

The C800 Pro covers a pH range of 0.00 to 14.00 and an EC range of 0.00 to 20.00 mS/cm. Temperature is measured from 0 to 50 °C with automatic temperature compensation. pH can be calibrated at one, two or three points using pH 4.0, 7.0 and 10.0 standards. EC uses automatic one-point calibration at 1.4, 3.0 or 12.88 mS/cm.
