Amnesia by Super Strains

Few varieties are as closely tied to the identity of Super Strains as Amnesia. It stands as one of the best known sativa driven classics in the catalog, combining strong production potential with a flowering period that remains comparatively manageable for this type of line. That is part of what keeps it relevant not only as a familiar name, but as a clearly defined long standing catalog variety.

In growth, Amnesia shows strong vigor, clear upward development, and a distinctly height oriented structure. Indoors, the plant can already stretch noticeably, while outdoors it may reach up to 250 cm under suitable conditions. For that reason, it is better suited to setups where enough room, proper plant management, and a stable late season can be planned in advance. The combination of sativa shaped architecture and still moderate flowering time makes it easier to position than many even longer Haze based lines.

Flowering time is around 9 to 10 weeks, or roughly 70 days. Super Strains lists yields of up to 650 g/m². THC is given at approximately 21 percent, while CBD is reported at about 4 percent. The outdoor harvest window typically falls in October.

The aromatic direction is described as sweet, lightly liquorice like, and haze influenced. As a result, Amnesia does not come across as heavy or dessert led, but rather brighter, spicier, and more classically structured in profile. That stylistic clarity is one reason why the line has maintained its recognisable identity over many years.

The variety is also linked to early competition placements and is presented by Super Strains as part of its historical core lineup. For growers looking for a feminized, sativa leaning variety with strong catalog presence, long standing recognition, and solid production capacity, Amnesia remains a very clearly positioned option. All information is based on breeder data and reflects typical line traits rather than guaranteed results in every individual case.
